Registration for the upcoming Santa Maria 2023-2024 basketball season will be open August 1 - 25! 

EVALUATION SCHEDULE (at Wagner Ranch Gym): 

 * Note: CYO is piloting a 2nd grade girls team this year. Players should be comfortable with dribbling rules and shooting on a 10' hoop from close range. Due to the limited number of spots for this team, it is possible your child may not be able to play this season, in which case a full refund will be administered.   

Uniform Exchange During Evaluations:

Returning players with uniforms in good condition are eligible to swap out for new sizes. After check in, please return to the desk and ask for the new size!  For more detailed info, see below under apparel.

Santa Maria Parish CYO programs are open to children who meet one of the following criteria: 

a. PARISH BOUNDARIES:

All children (Catholic or non-Catholic) residing within the parish boundaries, as established by the Bishop of Oakland.  Check parish boundaries here: http://www.oakdiocese.org/parish-and-school-locator

b. RELIGIOUS EDUCATION:

All children (Catholic or non-Catholic) who do not live within the parish boundaries but are currently regularly attending Santa Maria's religious education classes and have done so the entire previous school year.

New players to Santa Maria CYO basketball MUST purchase a uniform (jersey and shorts), any other items for sale are optional.

Returning players with uniforms that fit from a previous season are set.

*Always size up as those players grow fast!* 

*In the past, the shorts have run small!*

The uniform and gear store has been reopened until Sunday, October 1st. Turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks so you should receive your gear around November 1st.  Better late than never!  

New this year! Uniforms and apparel will be mailed directly to your home address.
